About NSP
The NSP or Neighborhood Stabilization Program is for Duval County residents with an adjusted family income that is up to 120% of the area household median income. You must not currently own your own home and your NSP home must be your primary residence.
NSP homes will be renovated to “like new” condition. All homes will have air conditioning and be connected to city water and sewer. They may also include a new energy saving appliance package, new carpeting and new vinyl floors.
